Hi there! It's understandable that you want to chase up the status of where your goods are, and you have probably seen a tracking email or text message come through from MachShip.
MachShip is a system which your supplier uses to book and track their freight, so you've got the right idea, however, as we're the system and not your supplier, we can't actually see the tracking or advise you about it.
Your best option is to give your supplier a call to track the consignment.
If you have received an email or text message, you should also have been given a link which will show you the current tracking status, and should provide contact details for your supplier or their freight management partner, down the bottom of the page.
